To update a watchlist, right-click on it in the Navigation Panel and select ‘Update Watchlist’ or from the Actions menu, select the watchlist and then select ‘Update Watchlist’ which will bring up the Watchlist manager.
Here you can change the name and add a description as marked in the screenshot below.
